My sister and some friends on Facebook are doing "Thirty Days of Thankful"
for the month of November. Each day they are posting something in their lives
for which they are grateful. I decided to do the same, but will write it here
instead.
Day 20
Today I am thankful for yoga. I have always loved yoga, but found it a challenge to fit it in while I was training for the half ironman. Since that training is done, I have been going to yoga class a couple times each week. I love the stretching and the strength and the quiet time to look inward. I am thankful for yoga.
